Processes
Our glass works
All processes take place within our production plant, from the storage of the raw material in the automatic shuttle warehouse, up to the packaging of the finished product.
Large slabs warehouse
In our automated warehouse of 1,100 square meters it is possible to store up to 1,200 tons of glass in sheets of different types moved by a shuttle that connects the storage area directly to the 3 cutting lines each equipped with an automatic loader, thus optimizing the management system.
Cutting lines
2 cutting lines for monolithic glass and 1 cutting line for laminated glass measuring 6000 x 3210 mm with robotic loading systems.
TEMPRA/HST oven
Our tempering furnaces (with "convection" system) and HST allow to temper and perform the Heat Soak Test of glasses with maximum dimensions of 4000 x 2200 mm.
Stratification line
The department includes an automatic plant for the production of laminated glass with 2 or more layers (PVB/SGP) measuring 6000 x 2600 mm and an autoclave.
Grinding and Drilling line
The department includes 2 horizontal work centers measuring 4000 x 2000 mm, 1 vertical glass grinder measuring 6000 x 3210 mm and 1 double-edger with washing machine and straight line.
Insulating glass line
1 double glazing line for 4500 x 2500 mm sized glass made with the insertion of one or two grooves and for the production of structural glass with staggered sheets and recessed groove for Schuco, Metra, Hydro and Wycona systems.
Screen printing and enamelling
1 horizontal system for glass screen printing of 3800 x 2000 mm and one for roller glazing of 3800 x 1500 mm.
